What a fabulous August it has been!
September is just around the corner, so we thought we’d run through our summer fun at The Royal Barn.
Archie has kept us all entertained, as always! Here’s a shot of him enjoying his hot drink of choice, “Snow White” a.k.a, a latte.
We also officially launched our ‘Hiding from the Wife’ services! 😉
But that wasn’t the only launch at the Barn, as our Elemental and Imperial Dragon brews are now available in cans.
You can now enjoy them either as a takeaway, or to drink in The Barn.
? Elemental, 4.5%, vegan & gluten-free, liquid gold in colour, fruity & floral in taste
? Imperial Dragon, 8.2%, dangerously drinkable IPA.
As the sun shone on Kirkby Lonsdale (well, on some days!) our delicious Kircabi ices coffees were certainly in demand.
We offer a variety of different choices to customise your iced coffee, including alternative milk and syrups, such as gingerbread, salted caramel and vanilla – delicious!
We all cheered on our Stu’s bike-packing bonanza to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.
Stu has been taking part in a number of different self-supported rides and races, including a 100-mile tandem around the Lake District with his nine-year-old son, Zach.
Stu’s total is currently just short of £2,000 – at £1,917. However, we’re sure he’s going to smash that soon! If you would like to sponsor him, you can do so on his JustGiving page.
Of course, August is the month of exam results and we welcomed local students, celebrating or commiserating their A-levels.
A very exciting development in August was the launch of our very own gins!
We introduced Royal Rhubarb first, before the classic Royal London dry gin. Both were definite hits with our customers, especially over the busy Bank Holiday weekend!
The delightful month of August was rounded up with a very special visitor – when Stanley met Stanley’s!
We hope you had as much of a fun-filled summer as we did.
There are plenty of events planned for The Royal Barn in September. including live music and TWO cinema showings (Dumbo and Rocketman).Back to Blog
