Furry friends at The Royal Barn

Kirkby Lonsdale is a town renowned for its dog-friendly reputation. We have everything for four-legged friends here – from stunning walking routes to dog-friendly eateries, and the River Lune is also the perfect place for pooches (and their humans!) to cool off after a long hike!

We’re very proud to be dog-friendly at our tap house, The Royal Barn. Walking into the venue, you’ll often be greeted by four-legged friends enjoying a nice post-walk rest or a little snooze. We also offer treats for them to enjoy, and of course, plenty of fresh water.
